I am so excited to have been chosen for the Past is Present: ITeach Professional Development program. Sponsored by the Shoah Foundation at the University of Southern California and Discovery Education, this program will allow me to visit Poland and attend the 70th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz concentration camp. I am honored and humbled to have been chosen, and I am looking forward to collaborating with a passionate group of educators as we work to make our world a better place.
